Sport-specific lifting has become an essential component of youth and teenage athletic development. Our training programs are intentionally designed to match the unique demands of each sport. For example, sports like wrestling require explosive power and raw strength, while basketball emphasizes quick-twitch reactions, agility, and endurance. Using a one-size-fits-all workout for these athletes would limit progress and ultimately waste valuable time and resources.
Our lifting programs are tailored down to the exact movements, tempos, and repetitions athletes use during competition. In addition to setting competitive goals, we establish clear strength and performance benchmarks in the weight room.
